_Job Description_ ## **Data Analyst Associate** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on marketing and growth metrics and split-test. Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Assist in the creation of regular reports, dashboards, and presentations using business intelligence (BI) tools. * Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets. * Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and project requirements. * Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Support data-related projects and initiatives as needed. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline. * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and a strong understanding of relational databases and SQL. * Familiarity with at least one business intelligence (BI) tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. * Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a logical approach to analysis. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * *Optional* Basic knowledge of a programming language like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
