What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BigQuery SQL skills, hands-on experience building in Looker, writing LookML, deep familiarity with service desk/help desk systems e.g. Zendesk, Zendesk reporting, automating manual reporting workflows, reducing dependence on spreadsheets, working across multiple operational teams simultaneously, managing competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, experience with BI tools, comfortable switching between platforms, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, translate ambiguous requests into well-defined data problems
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Zendesk and Bob integrations, or similar tooling ecosystems
