We’re looking for a Chapter Lead who brings both technical depth and people leadership to help us grow strong engineering talent and deliver high-quality data-driven solutions. ## **Role Summary** As a Chapter Lead – Data & AI Engineering, you will lead a community of Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and AI specialists, ensuring technical excellence and strong engineering standards across the chapter. You will be responsible for building and safeguarding expertise in data platforms, machine learning systems, and AI solutions while enabling scalable, secure, and high-impact delivery aligned with our strategy. In addition to your technical leadership, you will play a key role in developing people, strengthening engineering culture, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation. ## **About the Team** You will be part of a multi-disciplinary engineering environment working closely with squads, tribes, and global stakeholders.
