Must Have
Previous experience in an administrative, data, purchasing, or supply chain support role, Working knowledge of SAP systems, Advanced Excel skills with data handling and analytical capability, Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, organisational and time management skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively, Good communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Experience handling documentation, specifications, or compliance-related records would be advantageous
What You'll Do.
Perform data correction
and validation within SAP and Excel
Compare information from multiple sources to identify discrepancies
Support transition and validation of pricing information
Maintain accurate records and ensure system information is up to date
Produce and update spreadsheets
and tracking documents
Assess operational requirements and coordinate ordering of materials
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for specifications
Support change management processes by ensuring documentation updates
Monitor material requirements and ensure continuity of supply
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Manage and review reminder and goods receipt lists
Support administrative tracking and reconciliation activities
Maintain organised records and filing systems
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate closely with Dominic and wider internal teams; Communicate regularly with Sales, Back Office, Purchasing, and Operations teams; Provide departmental support and cover responsibilities during holiday periods; Build effective working relationships across departments
