## Description Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: This role is to help scale Arc’teryx’s strategic digital adoption platform that enables technology business users and teams to adopt digital transformation initiatives to meet & exceed the company’s strategic goals. Reporting to the SAP Training Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how the platform is governed and used across the business, balancing day‑to‑day execution with longer‑term product vision. You will play a hands‑on ownership role of platform capabilities, and will have the opportunity to build processes, standards, and operating models that do not yet exist. You will help establish scalable governance, content standards and reusability, analyze usage patterns, and help extend the chosen digital adoption platform across Arc’teryx as the tool of choice. You will work through a blue-sky implementation landscape navigating uncertainty and change, backing your expertise and knowledge of the product. You will be in the same team as other product managers, who partner with business teams to enable technology as a key ally in meeting their enterprise strategic targets.
