Your linguistic skills and customer-focused approach will enhance the overall experience for our Danish clients. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat promptly and effectively. * Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently. * Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information. * Contribute to ongoing process improvements and team initiatives. **Requirements** * Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous. * Prior experience in customer support or related fields is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment. * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service technologies. * Positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia with fully paid relocation assistance. **Benefits** 1.
