They don’t aim for “good enough.” They aim for best-in-class customer experience, and that’s where you come in. ### **The Role** This isn’t a copy-paste customer service job. You’ll become an expert on the company’s sportsbook and casino products and act as a one-stop contact point for players. You’ll handle daily communication via **calls, live chat, and email** , making sure players receive fast, clear, and professional support. No two days look the same, and that’s part of what makes the role interesting. **You will:** * Resolve customer queries across phone, chat, and email * Take ownership of complex cases and follow them through to resolution * Work directly with internal teams and external providers * Approve withdrawals and handle account-related processes * Process KYC documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence when needed * Run daily security and transaction checks to protect the business * Contribute to team KPIs and overall service levels * Share feedback to improve systems, FAQs, and internal processes * Support management with ad hoc analysis of customer trends ### **Development & Growth** Our client actively invests in employee development through an internal programme.
