Must Have
Knowledge of business practices and analysis, Minimum of one to three years of related work experience, Thorough knowledge of gas main and service line locating procedures, Knowledge and thorough understanding of utilization of GIS, Proven organizational and analytical skills, ability to evaluate data, compile statistics and reports, Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Nice to Have
Experience in excavation damage prevention, natural gas operations, work planning/dispatching, Demonstrates ability to use computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office, Demonstrates working knowledge of the natural gas industry, work management principles, Demonstrates working knowledge of mapping and documentation systems, electronic locating equipment, Demonstrates ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with business partners, supervisors and peers, Bi-lingual - Spanish language proficiency
What You'll Do.
Schedule and dispatch technicians
and organize information
Deliver Damage Prevention training
Provide support in collection and documentation
Serve as a technical advisor
Maintain working knowledge of code requirements
Perform documents and tracks audits
and maintain documentation
Compile and track documentation of ROW patrolling
