What You'll Do.
Greet guests upon arrival
Assist with luggage handling
Operate and monitor the inclinator
Ensure inclinator is clean
Ensure inclinator is functioning properly
Provide guests with information about resort facilities
Provide guests with information about activities
Provide guests with information about local attractions
Assist guests in and out of the inclinator
Maintain a professional demeanor
Maintain a courteous demeanor
Collaborate with the front desk
Collaborate with other staff
Ensure seamless guest service
Address guest inquiries promptly
Address guest concerns effectively
