What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years in a manufacturing or high-volume fulfillment environment, Proven experience contributing to or leading improvement and operational excellence projects, practical experience in Lean Methodology & its tools, knowledge in AI tools and modern digital solutions, analytical and prioritisation skills with a KPI-driven mindset, Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau, or SQL, communication skills and an extroverted personality with the ability to engage and influence people on the shop floor, Resilience and a 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude to problem-solving when faced with real-time operational challenges, Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders up to senior management level, Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Fluent in German or English, with at least B2 level in the other language

What You'll Do.
Support and lead Yellow and Green Belt projects within a production environment to improve operational KPIs
Identify improvement opportunities across production processes and implement sustainable solutions together with cross-functional teams
Drive change initiatives related to new processes
and systems to ensure successful adoption across the organisation
Analyse operational data using tools such as Excel
or SQL and translate insights into actionable business decisions
Be actively present on the shop floor
engage with teams directly
and help drive a culture of continuous improvement
Document process improvements
and project outcomes in a structured and transparent way
Drive standards and expectations in line with standard work and operational excellence principles
Provide training and support on process improvement methodologies
