Must Have
proven track record of end-to-end Microsoft D365 project delivery, understand the nuances of the project lifecycle—from discovery and design through to UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support, validate that the proposed architecture handles high data volumes and complex multi-entity requirements without compromising performance, Support the development team by tackling the most complex "blockers", custom plug-in development, intricate workflow automation, resolving deep-seated integration bugs, Design and oversee the implementation of robust integration patterns using Azure Integration Services (AIS), ensuring seamless data flow between D365, internal ERPs, and external third-party APIs, Conduct deep-dive audits of the existing environment to identify latency issues, optimize API limits, ensure the system is "future-proofed" for scalability, Establish and enforce best practices for ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Azure DevOps, ensuring automated deployment pipelines are reliable and secure, valid work rights for Australia, willing to undergo a comprehensive background checking process, including probity and police checks
