Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Act as the functional point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance support and continuous improvement activities within managed services Deliver high-quality 2nd and 3rd line functional support, resolving complex incidents and managing escalations for priority cases Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions to prevent recurring issues Design, configure, test, document, and deploy functional and integration changes (RFCs) within D365 Finance environments Support transition activities during project handovers, including UAT and Hypercare phases Continuously evaluate client feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and enhance delivery quality Collaborate closely with technical consultants and service delivery managers to ensure seamless operations and aligned execution Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on progress, risks, and resolution updates Contribute to pre-sales discussions by advising clients on finance processes and D365 best practices Requirements: 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including implementation and support in global environments Strong expertise in D365 Finance modules, financial process mapping, and solution design Proven ability to manage complex functional incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in enterprise systems Experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Management Reporter Familiarity with integration and data tools including Data Management Framework (DMF), OData, and Azure Logic Apps Ability to operate independently while taking ownership of service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive and client-focused mindset Experience supporting international or multi-region D365 rollouts is highly desirable Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-310, or MB-700 are preferre
