What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, Proven experience as a Solution Architect on at least 4 full-cycle international CRM implementations, Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, Understanding of business requirement analysis, Understanding of solution design, Experience working in complex, international, and multi-stakeholder environments, University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Nice to Have
Pre-sales experience is highly desirable, Fluent in additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus

## Description This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a D365 CE & Power Platform (Technical) Solution Architect based in Netherlands. This is a senior architecture role focused on shaping and delivering enterprise-grade customer engagement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure technologies. You will play a pivotal role in defining end-to-end solution architecture, guiding digital transformation strategies, and ensuring seamless integration across complex enterprise ecosystems. The role combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on architectural leadership, requiring close collaboration with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will lead design workshops, influence technology decisions, and ensure solutions are scalable, future-proof, and aligned with business value outcomes. Operating within international environments, you will contribute to cross-border transformation programs spanning multiple industries.
