## Accountabilities Lead discovery, envisioning, and architecture design workshops with clients to define solution strategy and requirements Design and document scalable enterprise architecture solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure ecosystems Define technology choices and architectural standards aligned with business goals and transformation roadmaps Guide end-to-end CRM and customer engagement implementations, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery Provide proactive architectural oversight during project delivery, anticipating risks and supporting resolution of complex issues Analyze customer operational landscapes to validate architectural decisions and ensure solution fit Optimize business processes through technology enablement and structured process redesign Contribute to agile delivery initiatives and support continuous improvement across project execution Stay up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies and translate them into scalable solution strategies Develop internal best practices, tools, and architectural frameworks to support delivery teams Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM environments Proven experience as a Solution Architect on at least 4 full-cycle international CRM implementations Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, business requirement analysis, and solution design Experience working in complex, international, and multi-stakeholder environments Strong pre-sales experience is highly desirable, including solution design and client presentations Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures Ability to work independently while collaborating eff
