What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or large-scale enterprise transformation programs, Solid experience with UML modeling techniques and tools, Experience across the full solution lifecycle: requirements analysis, functional design, testing, documentation, deployment, and support, Experience using SQL to analyze data, validate business rules, and support data-driven decision making, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different regions, Fluent English (spoken and written), Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience with Clarity PPM (project planning, time reporting, financial tracking) within ERP-supported delivery processes, Certification or proven experience with test automation tools (Leapwork preferred)
What You'll Do.
Act as a Business Analyst within the Order Fulfilment (OF) workstream
Manage end-to-end processes including sales orders
and translate requirements into functional specifications and process
Support solution design and configuration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Manage change requests and enhancements
Contribute to testing (system
Produce documentation
Support application operations by analyzing incidents and service requests
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
and increased test automation
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external partners; Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and Functional Leads; Work closely with Solution Architects and technical teams
Communication Scope
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different regions; Fluent English (spoken and written)
Process & Methodology
Experience in Project Management and Accounting, Service Management, Project Operations, or related modules within D365 F&O (preferred), Managing end-to-end processes, Managing change requests and enhancements, Traceability across the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment)
