What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or large-scale enterprise transformation programs, Solid experience with UML modeling techniques and tools, Experience across the full solution lifecycle: requirements analysis, functional design, testing, documentation, deployment, and support, Experience using SQL to analyze data, validate business rules, and support data-driven decision making, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different regions, Fluent English (spoken and written), Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience with Clarity PPM (project planning, time reporting, financial tracking) within ERP-supported delivery processes, Certification or proven experience with test automation tools (Leapwork preferred)
