Must Have

7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or product delivery in a complex, cross-functional environment, Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams, Experience in D2C, payments, e-commerce, or platform ecosystems, Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action and accountability

Nice to Have

Experience working with webstores, digital commerce, or subscription systems, Familiarity with enterprise project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Airtable, etc.), Experience managing third-party vendors and external partnerships, Background in gaming, marketplaces, or consumer tech platforms, gaming experience is a plus, understanding of payments ecosystems

What You'll Do.

Own the global program roadmap across all D2C initiatives

Build and maintain integrated project plans

Drive execution across concurrent initiatives

Manage agendas and drive content for key D2C public forums

and actionable roadmap status updates

Own day-to-day coordination with payments partners

Manage vendor deliverables

and maintenance schedules

Hold third-party partners accountable to performance

Partner closely with Playgami and internal platform teams

Ensure seamless coordination of platform capabilities

Implement and continuously improve program management processes

and reporting frameworks

Identify opportunities to streamline execution and scale D2C operations

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration
