What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale D&T delivery portfolios in complex, global organisations, Proven accountability for delivery frameworks, governance and assurance across Waterfall and Agile environments, Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary delivery teams and senior delivery professionals, Experience governing and assuring large-scale strategic programmes, including turnaround and recovery scenarios, Stakeholder management skills at Executive / ExCo level, Relevant certifications (e. g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe or equivalent)
Nice to Have
Experience managing £100m+ multi-year technology or transformation portfolios, Commercial and vendor management capability, Experience building and scaling enterprise delivery excellence functions
