Update and maintain payroll system
Audit payroll reports
Stop payment of voided checks
Prepare checks for distribution
Conduct hiring events
Track onboarding process
Host new hire orientations
Update and maintain HRIS
Track and maintain HR reports
Coordinate benefits program
Counsel associates on benefit plans
Assist in new hire and benefit orientations
Respond to associate inquiries
Respond to external inquiries
Complete employment verifications
Process unemployment information
Respond to wage verifications
Interact with Home Office on HR issues
Participate in special projects
