As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in line with community standards and policies. ### Key Responsibilities * Moderate and review user-generated content in Czech to ensure compliance with community guidelines. * Accurately classify content and apply moderation policies consistently. * Identify and report any inappropriate or policy-violating content to relevant teams. * Provide insights on user behavior and content trends to help improve moderation strategies. * Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance content moderation processes. * Stay updated on company policies and best practices related to content moderation. **Requirements** * Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. * Experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently and fairly. * Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate moderation decisions. * Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally. * Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is advantageous. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. * Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. **Benefits** 1.
