What You'll Do.

Interfacing with various Internal Clients (Business Lines

CTO) and the function

Verifying requirements and needs

contributing to demand definition from the initial stages of drafting purchase specifications

Monitoring the issuance of offers

tenders or Framework Agreements for related goods and/or services

Supporting the Bid phase in the elaboration of the commercial offer

certifying external costs

Participating in the IPT during contract execution

ensuring the update and alignment of the purchasing budget with the project's economic plan and verifying the possibility of potential efficiencies through activities

Producing the Annual Purchasing Budget related to TOP and Primary contracts of the division and updating its progress during the year based on existing procurement plans and scheduling

Contributing to ensuring the best contractual conditions in line with active contracts for the acquisition of products

services and solutions through the oversight of Terms and Conditions and contractual and commercial issues.

All'interno dell'Area di Business **Cyber & Security Solutions**, stiamo ricercando una figura di **Procurement Demand Manager** da inserire preferibilmente sulla sede di**Roma Laurentina** ma con possibilità di assunzione anche sulla sede di **Genova Fiumara**. La risorsa che individueremo si occuperà di: * Interfacciarsi con i diversi Clienti Interni (Linee di Business, Competence Center, CTO) e la funzione Acquisti; * Verificare i requisiti e i fabbisogni contribuendo alla definizione della domanda sin dalle fasi iniziali della stesura delle specifiche d'acquisto; * Monitorare l'emissione di offerte, ordini, contratti, gare o/e degli Accordi Quadro per i relativi beni e/o servizi richiesti; * Supportare in fase di Bid l’elaborazione dell’offerta commerciale, certificando i costi esterni complessivi; * Partecipare all’IPT in fase di esecuzione del contratto, assicurando l'aggiornamento e l'allineamento del budget degli acquisti rispetto al piano economico di commessa e verificando la possibilità di eventuali efficientamenti attraverso le attività di Procurement; * Produrre il Budget Annuale Acquisti relativo alle commesse TOP e Primary della divisione ed aggiornarne lo stato di avanzamento durante l’anno sulla base dei piani di approvvigionamento esistenti e della pianificazione IPT; * Contribuire a garantire
