Join us in shaping the future of precision manufacturing! **Job Summary:** Reporting to the Cylinder Team Lead, the Cylinder Head Technician will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, machining, and reconditioning cylinder heads for diesel engines. This position requires a strong understanding of engine components, and the ability to assess the condition of cylinder heads to ensure they meet strict performance and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that every cylinder head is restored to optimal performance. This role is based at our Cambridge, Ohio location and is a fully onsite position. **Responsibilities:** * Inspect and evaluate returned cylinder heads for damage, cracks, and wear using diagnostic tools, visual inspection, and precision measuring instruments. * Perform machining operations such as resurfacing, valve seat cutting, valve guide replacement, and porting to restore cylinder heads to factory specifications. * Conduct pressure testing and crack detection procedures to ensure cylinder heads are free of defects and suitable for remanufacturing. * Rebuild cylinder heads by installing new components such as valves, valve seals, guides, and springs. * Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and techniques related to cylinder head repair and remanufacturing. * Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines. * Other duties as ass
