Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** **WORK ENVIRONMENT** * Includes office and manufacturing plant * Must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with employees of all departments, management, customers and suppliers * Provide support for three shifts and weekend production schedule * Flexible hours and able to work additional hours as required * Office and manufacturing plant floor, characterized by temperature extremes, loud noise and considerable tow motor traffic * The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with team members, leadership, customers and suppliers. * Must be able to attend planning and training meetings as required ## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
