Eligibility Requirements

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience, Five years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or systems administration, Valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment

Nice to Have

Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with seven years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or systems administration, High School Diploma/GED with nine years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or systems administration

What You'll Do.

Provides leadership and oversight for cybersecurity training and technical assistance programs

Coordinates course schedules

instructor assignments

client communications

and program operations

Serves as a primary point of contact for customers

Supports business development by identifying training and technical assistance needs

preparing proposals and budgets

marketing program offerings

and building client relationships

Manages Cyber Defense and Compliance program activities

Conducts or supports vulnerability assessments

cybersecurity response and recovery planning

tabletop and functional exercises

custom training development

and quality assurance reviews

and evaluates program staff and instructors

Oversees administrative and fiscal responsibilities

Ensures grant and contract deliverables are completed on time and within budget

Maintains compliance with agency

and contract requirements
