Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with seven years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or systems administration, High School Diploma/GED with nine years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or systems administration

This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers and supports business development by identifying training and technical assistance needs, preparing proposals and budgets, marketing program offerings, and building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing Cyber Defense and Compliance program activities, conducting or supporting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, cybersecurity response and recovery planning, tabletop and functional exercises, custom training development, and quality assurance reviews. The Training Manager also supervises, mentors, and evaluates program staff and instructors, oversees administrative and fiscal responsibilities, ensures grant and contract deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and maintains compliance with agency, division, state, federal, grant, and contract requirements.
