Cybersecurity Oversight and Classified Operations Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated cybersecurity professional to join our Enterprise Government Cybersecurity team as a **Cybersecurity Oversight and Classified Operations Manager** in **Berkeley, MO**. The first line manager will lead their assigned team resulting in value-added cybersecurity risk management services to our Government programs’ classified infrastructures to meet company and business partner objectives and to protect the warfighter. **Position Responsibilities:** * Fosters an environment for individual development, teamwork, effective performance management and open communication * Manages employees performing information security technical activities in accordance with policy related to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) * Supports efforts necessary to obtain/maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO) and inspection readiness * Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals * Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of subordinates and other stakeholders and leads process improvements * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports * Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes * Assists and leads in the interview and selection process of new employees To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
