Must Have
Leadership role experience, Completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), 5+ years of experience working with cybersecurity policies, Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation, Experience in conflict resolution, Ability to obtain access to SCI and/or SAP
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience, IAM Level III certification (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM), Project management in a leadership capacity, Developing and managing relationships with partners, Working with a Government Agency in a compliance capacity, Cross-functional leadership, Collaborative problem solving, Building lasting relationships, Proficiency in written and verbal communication
