You’ll be part of a team that protects systems, secures access, and ensures the right people have the right level of access at the right time. **What You’ll Be Doing** * This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll build strong foundations while contributing to real work, including: * Supporting day-to-day identity and access operations * Managing user lifecycles (creating, modifying, and removing accounts) * Handling access requests and permissions * Configuring security controls like MFA and SSO * Supporting identity governance and privileged access management (PAM) * Assisting with server and application patching * Helping troubleshoot incidents and issues * Supporting application onboarding * Maintaining documentation and processes * Contributing to compliance and audit activities * Identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement * Learning on the job through shadowing and mentorship **What We’re Looking For** * Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field **Technical Skills (exposure to):** * Active Directory & Entra ID * Identity & Access Management concepts **Soft Skills** * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills * Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities * High attention to detail and structured mindset * Curious, proactive, and eager to learn * Takes ownership and accountability * Security-focused with strong risk awareness * Adaptable and collaborative team player **About our Early Careers Programme** As a graduate, you’ll be supported by our dedicated Early Careers Team throughout your first 12 months.
