What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or compliance advisory services, Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance programs (e. g. , NIST 800‑53, NIST 800‑171, CMMC, ITGC), Experience leading assessment‑based or advisory engagements and managing delivery teams, understanding of cybersecurity controls, governance, and risk management practices
Nice to Have
Prior consulting experience preferred, Prior experience working with or for a FedRAMP Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO), or supporting FedRAMP security assessments or authorization activities

This role oversees compliance readiness efforts spanning FedRAMP and FISMA applicability, CMMC readiness, and IT General Controls (ITGC) design and assessment.
