What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, incident response, or related cybersecurity domains within complex enterprise environments, Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and global teams in matrix organizations, Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, security frameworks, risk management, and enterprise security practices, The ability to analyze complex technical and business problems and translate them into actionable solutions, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships, Experience contributing to large-scale initiatives, process improvements, or transformation programs within cybersecurity or technology organizations
Nice to Have
