This role involves leading the architecture, implementation, and rigorous testing of security controls for a variety of mission-critical applications and multi-vendor systems. Because Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) are increasingly converging, this position requires a unique ability to secure cyber-physical systems where human safety and system reliability are as critical as data confidentiality. About the Position As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will provide expert-level hands on technical and operational security assurance for mission-critical ICT and industrial systems. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization from complex cyber threats specific to the Australian market and globally. You will be responsible for architecting robust security measures, identifying zero-day vulnerabilities in industrial ecosystems, and mitigating high-stakes risks in compliance with both industrial standards and Australian law.
