Must Have
Bachelors’/Masters’ engineering degree in Electronics/Electrical/Power Electronics/Instrumentation, 7-9 years of overall experience preferably in automotive embedded software development, minimum 5 years in automotive cybersecurity software development, Proven expertise in Automotive Cybersecurity Software Architecture, secure system design, Hands-on experience with HSM, key management, cryptographic services, secure provisioning and integration, working knowledge of vector HSM, MICROSAR, integration and configuration of the Crypto stack, Implementation experience of Secure Boot, Secure Flashing/OTA, Secure Diagnostics, Secure Debug, IDS, SecOC, Secure tokens, proficiency in C/C ++ embedded software development, multicore / multithreaded environments, Debugging for embedded multithreaded and multi core/CPU software environment, Deep understanding of AUTOSAR Classic Architecture, ASW, BSW, MCAL, RTE configuration and integration, Experience with AUTOSAR tools, Vector DaVinci toolchain, EB Tresos, practical knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, TARA, cybersecurity concept, lifecycle work-products, Experience addressing UNECE regulations UN R155 and UN R156, Solid understanding of ASPICE processes, cybersecurity-related work products, Familiarity with V-Model based development, requirements engineering, verification & validation, Experience using Jira, Polarion for activity and requirements management, Good understanding of microcontroller architecture, HW security features, schematics, Experience working in Agile automotive software development environments, Ability to operate at Software Technical Lead level, guiding design decisions, mentoring engineers

Position Summary: In this role, and under direct supervision of the Engineering Group Manager-Application Software, the Cybersecurity Software Engineer will be responsible for who creates security designs and implements software and algorithms that provide countermeasures and defenses to thwart any attempts to infiltrate or attack a telematic devices. Ideal candidate has experience in understanding security threats and creating controls designed to eliminate threats on vehicle. **Major Roles & Responsibilities: ** * Understand the market drivers and requirements to provide Cybersecurity Security solutions and services addressing today’s needs. * Developing, maintaining and managing cyber security requirements and standards * Promote and help define Security Solutions to our target OEMs customers. Solutions built on Privacy technology offerings together with internal and external partners. * Define innovative and develop Security solutions and services together with customers for their products * Provide technical guidance, strategic directions and support collaterals towards engineering, marketing and strategy * Implement security requirements to controllers and vehicles systems * Work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop requirements, write, test, and document embedded software. * Work with the project team to meet delivery schedules * Follow automotive software design/code/test processes and standards (ASPICE) * Interface and Coordinates with Systems engineering to ensure SW/HW requirements are documented appropriately and analyzed prior to software design and implementation * Assist in debugging through established problem solving techniques and debug on bench * Participates ins ECU design reviews with internal cross-functional engineering group, suppliers, and customers * **Major Job Qualifications / Skills** * Bachelors’/Masters’ engineering degree in Electronics/Electrical/Power Electronics/Instrumentation * 7-9 years of overall experience preferably in a
