Must Have
5 years UK address history, Eligible for full Security Experience (SC)
Nice to Have
Degree in Cyber Security, Business, IT, Project Management, or a related discipline, Previous experience in project coordination, service delivery, customer engagement, or operational support environments, Interest in cyber security operations, penetration testing services, and client engagement
What You'll Do.
Coordinate cyber security testing engagements lifecycle
Arrange and coordinate scoping calls
Track engagement milestones
and quality-assure engagements
Ensure deliverables meet timelines
Support SOW preparation
Ensure testing prerequisites completed
Coordinate draft report reviews
Assist in final report delivery
Support continuous improvement
Assist with KPI/SLA dashboards
Contribute towards improving efficiency
Maintain accurate engagement records
Handle sensitive information professionally
Ensure activities align with policies
Maintain strict confidentiality
Develop knowledge of cyber security services
Build working relationships
Support wider cyber practice
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as central coordination point across customers, resources, delivery teams, Resource Planning Team, and Strategic Business Managers; Work closely with Resource Planning Team; Work with internal teams or subcontractors; Build working relationships across cyber security, sales, delivery, resource planning and operational teams; Proactive coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
