Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience, 10+ years of related experience, Experience serving as an ISSM, ISSO, ISSE, background in systems security practices, policies, regulations, and guidelines, Experience in system design and implementation with emphasis on cybersecurity principles, issues, and technologies, Professional experience in IT, information assurance, and information security roles, Experience with Non-Title 50 (NT-50) information systems and Enterprise/IC networks, Ability to write and review complex technical documents addressing system design and security controls, Proven ability to organize, plan, and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines, written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical information, Experience with the full Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle, TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Experience with the client’s enterprise networks, systems, policies, and cybersecurity guidance, Experience with security protocols, tools, and software, Background in developing and implementing information, physical, and protective security policies, Familiarity with system design and cybersecurity technologies, Ability to assess emerging technologies for security implications, Demonstrated leadership, independence, teamwork, and adaptability to changing priorities, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Experience with the client’s Project Management Framework and RMF, Experience consulting and interpreting security policy across clients and partner organizations, Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e. g. , CEH, Security+, Network+, CCNA, CCSP, AWS)
