Must Have
3-10 years of experience in IT project management, Experience coordinating interorganizational communications, Ability to research unfamiliar technical topics, Exposure to Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), Exposure to cybersecurity architecture, Exposure to NIST standards, Exposure to Risk Management Framework (RMF), Exposure to secure data flow concepts, Familiarity with firewall configurations, Familiarity with COMSEC equipment, Familiarity with inline encryption processes, Proven ability to develop granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Translate WBS into detailed Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Use project management tools like MS Project, Active Secret clearance required, US Citizenship required
Nice to Have
Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, PMP certification, CAPM certification, Agile certification, Scrum certification, Experience with cybersecurity teams, Experience with ISSOs, Experience with systems engineers, Familiarity with CMMI, Familiarity with quality frameworks, Familiarity with structured lifecycle processes, TS/SCI preferred
