SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Cyber Hunt Senior Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Education’s (DoED) Federal Student Aid (FSA) Cybersecurity and Privacy Support Services (CPSS) in Washington, DC. This is a remote position. Responsibilities: Provides strategic oversight and technical leadership for threat hunting, CTI, and SOC analysts. Advises on threat modeling, adversary emulation, and Purple Team exercises. Supports inter-agency collaboration and national-level threat intelligence sharing. Leads development of threat detection frameworks and analytics. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity and threat intelligence. Must have at least an active Secret clearance. Deep knowledge of behavioral analytics, threat actor profiling, and detection engineering. Experience with but not limited to MITRE ATT&CK, and CISA threat hunting guidance. Strong communication to include writing skills. Must be a U. S. Citizen. Compensation: Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 The SkyePoint Decisions salary range for this position is a general guideline only.
