5+ years of experience in program management, vendor management, or training operations, Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of multiple external vendors simultaneously, Proven ability to collaborate with a team to build, scale, and optimize development processes, Results-oriented leader with experience establishing success metrics and using data to drive operational and process improvements, decision-making and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication skills, Aptitude for process optimization and building scalable operational workflows from the ground up, Proficient in using project management and data reporting tools (e.g. Asana, Smartsheet, MS Excel), familiar with learning development authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360)

At SailPoint, the Customer Experience & Enablement team is on a mission to grow identity security skills to meet the increasing demand for talent in the Identity Security industry. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Training & Certification Development, you will be a key leader in scaling our training programs through operational excellence and strategic vendor management. You will own the program management of our training content maintenance workflows, ensuring ongoing quality, efficiency, and impact. You will manage the relationship and workload of our training development vendor(s), collaborate closely with your colleagues across the business, and implement innovative operational approaches to enhance effectiveness.
