Full Job Description

This Job is part of **CX OMI / OM BI Desk** providing critical, customer‑facing and internal reporting that directly supports CX OM operations, CSO, and Sales Operations. This function is foundational to daily execution, leadership visibility, and cross‑functional coordination—particularly during reporting model transitions and Snowflake migrations. The work supported by this role is ongoing, operationally critical, and not temporary in nature. * Operational Continuity**:** own and support customer‑critical reporting subscriptions (backlog, shipment, account‑specific reporting) and serve as a first line of response for BI desk issues. * The role requires immediate productivity, CX domain knowledge, and established stakeholder trust. * The scope includes long‑horizon responsibilities such as reporting rationalization, migration of a large reporting footprint to Snowflake/or any other as per business need, and ongoing issue resolution. **Strategic Value:** * Ensures stability during reporting model transitions and Database migration (ex: Snowflake) * Reduces reporting complexity and operational debt through rationalization * Strengthens CX OM resiliency during market volatility * Enables future automation and AI enablement efforts (including early Copilot Studio work) **Job Requirements:** * Educational Qualifications : Bachelors degree, preferably in technology * Years of Relevant Experience : Minimum 2 years * Technical Skills / Tools Proficiency : SQL, Power BI, MS Office suite, understanding of DBMS * Domain / Functional Expertise : Awareness in Supply Chain Management, Order Management * Language/Soft Skills/Interpersonal Skills : Proficient in English, both i
