Must Have

Experience conducting in-depth research and analysis to support CWMD programs and policy development aligned with Air Force operational goals, Knowledge of U. S. Air Force CWMD strategies, treaty frameworks, and operational readiness structures such as ReARMM, Ability to analyze policies, identify gaps, and create procedural recommendations using data-driven reporting that aligns with mission-critical objectives, Top Secret clearance, HS diploma or GED

Nice to Have

Experience supporting readiness validation frameworks and document preparation for mission-level objectives, Knowledge of JCIDS, MDMP, and defense planning methodologies, Ability to synthesize operational data from various sources into structured insights that inform policy adjustments and readiness protocols for CWMD operations, Bachelor’s degree in Government, Public Policy, or National Security Studies
