U.S. Customs Brokerage License is a plus, Experience with FTZ processes, Experience with entry writing, Experience with tariff classification, Experience with post-entry corrections
What You'll Do.
Prepare and validate customs entries
Coordinate with brokers for submissions
Monitor import clearance processes
Monitor export clearance processes
Ensure transaction compliance
Review import documentation
Confirm documentation accuracy
Maintain regulatory compliance
Manage FTZ-related import operations
Ensure accurate FTZ entry
Ensure FTZ facility admission
Coordinate with internal teams for filings
Coordinate with brokers for filings
Coordinate with FTZ operators for filings
Track FTZ shipment movements
Reconcile FTZ shipment movements
Resolve FTZ discrepancies
Maintain FTZ records for CBP
Improve FTZ shipment handling
Improve FTZ reporting processes
Identify errors in customs data
Identify risks in customs data
Identify opportunities for efficiency
Drive corrective actions
Maintain accuracy in customs declarations
Implement best practices
Support global trade strategy
Partner with customs brokers
Partner with logistics providers
Partner with authorities
Partner with internal IKEA teams
Deliver high level of service
Provide operational guidance
Provide operational support to local markets
Foster alignment between parties
Manage ISF compliance
