What You'll Do.
preparing entries for submission to Customs and Border Protection, ensures compliance with all applicable tariff regulations, accurately classifies goods, supports the timely clearance of shipments, Perform data entry and provide general administrative and clerical support, Manage and respond to daily email requests related to account transactions in a timely manner, Communicate effectively with account managers regarding routine account issues, updates, and inquiries, Prepare, review, and process documentation in a paperless environment for U.
Customs and other government agency releases, Review and verify import entry documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, Analyze documentation to confirm Other Government Agency (OGA) declarations and complete required filings as necessary, Maintain, organize, and update records related to client transactional activities, Prepare and submit Import Security Filing (ISF) entries in a paperless format in compliance with U.
Customs requirements, Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements and efficiencies, Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
