Own daily customs clearance operations
Partner with freight forwarders
Ensure accurate documentation
Ensure timely entry filing
Ensure full regulatory compliance
Serve as escalation point
Verify documentation completeness
Verify documentation accuracy
Prepare import documentation
Submit import documentation
Perform accurate data entry
Enter tariff classifications
Enter inspection records
Monitor shipment clearance status
Manage issue escalation
Generate delivery forms
Meet daily KPI targets
Meet weekly KPI targets
Serve as second-tier support
Resolve shipment issues
