This list may be edited to the specific job role. * Ensure all classification instructions for all shipments for all customers. * Monitor duty deferment usage and levels. * Monitor license/visa applications. * Ensure all new business is transitioned correctly. * Make 3 F2F calls per week – Retention/Sales * Maintain a positive relationship with the Trade Compliance Manager and support all compliance efforts and trainings. * Promote productivity tools (e.g., using edoc, Raft, process management, customsware usage/Expo customs. * Audit of files in accordance to AEO. * Follow up refunds with customs authorities. * Management of customs system. * Send client report requests through the available database (expo request, expo reporting). * Provide content for customer reviews – duty/vat. * Be open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into your department. * Review and conduct staff appraisals and one to one meetings timely, in line with the 3+1 Initiative. * Assist supervisor and key staff with goal setting and
