What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, At least 1 year experience in vehicle service, At least 18 years old, Valid driver’s license, Clean driving record, Authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Experience in car rental, Automotive maintenance experience, Dealership services experience, Speaking other languages is a plus
What You'll Do.
Perform basic maintenance checks
Inspect incoming vehicles for damage
Manage service alerts
Coordinate maintenance needs
Tag vehicles for maintenance
Move cars to proper locations
Assist customers with welcome
Check vehicles for belongings
Handle questions about returns
Handle questions about charges
Handle questions about additional services
Shuttle cars between locations
Shuttle cars to dealerships
Shuttle cars to car washes
