What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-5+ years of experience in SaaS support, Proven creative problem-solving approach and analytical skills, Competency with Adobe Illustrator, Quiet and dedicated space to work at home during regular business hours
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
What You'll Do.
