Eligibility Requirements

Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM), Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Native Dutch, English communication skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written), Experience in a customer-facing support role, Structured and process-oriented approach to troubleshooting and ticket management, Ability to investigate issues methodically, Comfortable navigating complex software, settings, and configuration, Fast learner, Positive, proactive and responsible, Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have

French communication skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written), Experience with ERP or accounting software such as Exact Globe, Exact Online, SAP, Odoo, or similar, Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge, including invoicing, general ledger, and accounts payable/receivable, Remote desktop support experience (Splashtop, TeamViewer, AnyDesk), Experience with CRM, Basic SQL or database knowledge, Familiarity with Peppol or electronic invoicing

What You'll Do.

Deliver outstanding customer support via phone

Manage incoming tickets

Ensure timely follow-ups

Provide first-level troubleshooting

Escalate complex cases

Guide customers through software workflows

Support customers with how-to questions

Coordinate with internal specialists

Maintain accurate ticket documentation

Contribute to knowledge base

Keep up with evolving tools

Handle sensitive customer data

Maintain deep understanding of client solutions

Communicate with developers
