What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or SaaS customer support, Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Ag Business, Technical Field, or equivalent practical experience, Experience supporting growers, agronomic consultants, or farm managers using technology solutions, Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems, Troubleshooting and problem-solving capability, Ability to interpret data and migrate into the platform, Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, Written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally, Sound judgment in issue prioritization and resolution, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to digital farm management systems (FMIS) or SaaS platforms, Understanding of agronomic operations, seasonal crop planning, and grower workflows, Hands-on experience with on-farm digital workflows, Background in agriculture or agronomy environments

Migrate customer’s data through onboarding lifecycle
Maintain expertise on Agworld product features
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Escalate complex technical issues
Maintain product expertise
Guide customers through product features
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Identify recurring issues
Suggest process or product improvements
