What They're Looking For.
Must Have
One year or more customer service experience, Associates degree or equivalent or relevant experience, Comfortable using computers, Perform initial level troubleshooting of computer and network issues, Written fluency in English language, Written fluency in Simplified Chinese language
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree preferred, Some online game knowledge and experience preferred, Knowledge of Accounts tickets, Troubleshoot Accounts ticket issues independently and as a collective
What You'll Do.
Deliver world-class customer service
Manage and respond to customer support tickets
Follow established troubleshooting procedures
Use appropriate resources and desktop tools
Multitask between multiple tools and systems
Apply information and knowledge to customer situations
Assist in creation of knowledge base articles
Support development of team through active participation
Collaborate to issue resolution
Coordinate internally with other teams
Identify/report trends
Research and resolve escalated issues
Serve as a point of escalation
Address customer inquiries
Monitor client facing tools
Keep up with client updates and directives
Respond to customer help requests
Address customer needs
Make sound judgement calls
Determine appropriate steps

Collaborate with manager to onboard new agents
