Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, handling incoming emails and support tickets in a timely and professional manner. Investigate and resolve player issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service quality and empathy. Support the continuous improvement of customer support workflows and internal processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing across the support function. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in B2C customer support or a similar client-facing role. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented and customer-first mindset. Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment. Passion for gaming is strongly preferred. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates located near the CET time zone are preferred.
