and Business Account products
Handling inbound calls
Responding to customer emails
Managing a high volume of enquiries

Address inquiries related to accounts
and troubleshooting with accuracy and within service level agreements (SLAs)
Build relationships with customers
Understand customer needs
Direct customer requests to the appropriate internal teams
